Available Positions:

  • Production Team Member: Work on a high-performance team to build blades, nacelles, and hubs for wind farms throughout North America.
  • Logistics Team Member: Support the factory by coordinating the storage of material, tools, products, and equipment.
  • Heavy Equipment Operator: Execute the packaging, shipping, and transportation of turbine blades, nacelles, and hubs and operate various pieces of heavy equipment required to distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products.
  • Maintenance Team Member: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
  • Management Team Member: Responsible for leading employees to ensure safety, quality, and delivery of products as well as provide coaching and performance management to the factory employees.

About Our Colorado Factories:

Nacelles Factory - Brighton, CO 

Fully operational since 2010, the Nacelles Factory in Brighton proudly manufactures nacelles and hubs for wind turbines in 265,000 square feet of building space. We emphasize safety, quality, and exceeding the expectations of our customers.

Fully operational since 2008, The Blades Factory in Windsor produces blades for the new V163-4.5 MW turbine as well as the 2 MW platform in our 666,000 square feet of building space on 161 acres of land.
