With the recent impact of COVID-19 on employment, we encourage you to reach out to see if the experience gained outside of the wind industry qualifies you to become a Wind Tech. Wind Tech II positions require 3+ years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or composite experience, or 1-year wind industry experience. Depending on experience, qualified candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus and/or a relocation package.
